The Plastinox – ferramentas e acessórios, Lda, was founded on June 4, 1991 by Leonel Roberto Soares Couto and Maria Lurdes Martins Pinho Couto, targeting civilian locksmith works, metal deformation, blacksmithing, etc.

Despite the small size, accumulated over the years a unique experience in the field of stainless steel products, starting its activity in the mechanical sector, with an initial target the manufacture of accessories and tools for wineries deposits.

In 2000, after extensive and strategic thinking, has substantially increased its facilities and changed its management structure, beginning from soon to announce a shift in philosophy, which produce large effects in subsequent years.
