Quality Management System (QMS)

The main objective of the Management of Plastinox-Ferramentas e Acessórios, Lda, when promoting the implementation of its Quality Management System (QMS) was to provide the organization with the tools necessary for the continuous improvement of its processes , in accordance with the requirements of the Standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.

For this reason, the company has made efforts to prepare all the necessary documentary support for the QMS and has provided the means for its implementation. Thus, the company has its QMS certified within the scope of application by TUV Austria since February 20 16 .

The Quality Management System of Plastinox-Ferramentas e Acessórios, Lda . applies to the manufacture of stainless steel tanks and equipment for industry.

Quality policy

The Management of Plastinox, through this Policy, wants to express to all Stakeholders its conviction that:

  • Quality is a key factor in the future of the Company and must be assumed with responsibility by everyone, starting with Management.

  • Quality is to offer its customers a high level of quality in their products and services that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.

  • Quality will always be subject to continuous improvement.

Thus, our Company has as its main objectives:

  • The total satisfaction of its customers, providing the services requested according to their specifications, always within the established deadline.

  • Achieve and maintain a high level of service quality that promotes prestige and increases the loyalty of our customers.

  • Solve quickly and correctly all problems and non-conformities ,

  • Establish partnership relationships with Suppliers and Subcontractors, on a win-win basis, involving them in a spirit of mutual success aimed at providing the best services and products.

  • Promote the participation, training and achievement of all employees in order to progressively reinforce Quality in the organization and motivation of employees.

  • Apply and enforce the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the activity, and other requirements.

  • Establishing improvement practices continues in order to achieve levels of profitability, sustained growth of the company and efficiency of the Management System in accordance with the expectations of all interested parties.

  • Promote the increase in productivity and quality in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of our products and services.

The achievement of these objectives is, first of all, a responsibility of the Management, for which reason it undertakes to provide the company with the necessary resources to comply with this Quality Policy, as well as to review it periodically.
